My wife and I really enjoyed the authentic Thai food. The staff was also very warm and friendly just as one would receive in a Thai restaurant in Southeast Asia. The fabulous aroma coming from that kitchen was absolutely delicious. Such fresh spices and wonderful Thai basil, yummy!! Kob Jai is a must stop for anyone seeking authentic Southeast Asian food in Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area. You will not be disappointed when you get your bill either. Enjoy!!

Me and my spouse drove all the way from Winter Park to visit Kob Jai in Daytona for some good Thai, as we've been having trouble finding good Thai cuisine in the Orlando area.

We ordered their Crispy Tofu and Cucumber Salad, then Pad Thai and Pad See Ew for our main courses. We were both absolutely delighted. The food was fresh, the flavor was delectable, and we came to the conclusion that this was the best food we´d ever had, and we´d be willing to make the 60+ mile trip again just to visit Kob Jai.

I went to Kob Jai for the 2nd time tonight and ordered carry-out for a change. I have the hardest time deciding what to order but decided to try something with seafood in it, their tofu soup and kob jai egg rolls. This place is REALLY good and the people there are really nice!

They have menus online and you can order for pick up/carry-out and stuff is ready in about 15mins. Highly recommended and you can get a decent dinner plate for about $10! I thought it was going to be more expensive but seems to be fairly decent prices! Would recommend to anyone and is a bit different from the everyday asian food! 5-stars!!

I had an amazing lunch of red curry vegetables for under seven dollars. I can´t wait to go back. I thought the interior was lovely and soothing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. It was the food that really hooked me though. I wanted to go back for dinner because I can't wait to try everything on the menu. I started with the red curry simply since it was first on the list and I wanted to try it all. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My best friend and I have tasted the BEST Thai food at KOB JAI. We haven´t found anything we don´t like and don´t think we will. We´ve eaten all around the Daytona area and into Orlando. No place has come close to KOB JAI. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate us when we go there for lunch and dinner. We wish they were open seven days a week.

Top of our list - Mus Sa Mun Curry, Phad Thai and the shrimp spring rolls are the best. We´ll be checking out some Thai restaurants in Chicago soon and will let you know how they compare. I´m thinking KOB JAI will stay at the top of our list.

Simply the best Thai restaurant we have been to in the Daytona Beach and Ormond Beach area!

Believe me when I tell you that My wife and I have tried every Thai food joint around. Since we found Kob Jai a few months ago, we have not considered going anywhere else to satisfy that insatiable Thai urge. Friendly service, very reasonable prices and authentic Thai food.

Some of the best Thai food I have ever had and the prices are reasonable!

After a long year of proclaiming Chipotle as the best restaurant in town, I finally found this newly-opened Thai and Laotian place two week before I left town. It's really pretty nice inside and the food is amazing. I recommend the pumpkin curry. ALMOST good enough to make me want to visit Daytona one more and that is saying QUITE something.

Having lived in Asia, my husband & I love good Asian food especially Thai. We have been to this Thai restaurant twice and both times enjoyed the dishes we had. This is definately the restaurant we will head to in Daytona when craving for good Thai/Lao food at a reasonable price!!!

I really like the Tom Yom soup and spicy noodles. So happy that we have a restaurant like yours in the Daytona area. It has been difficult to find good Southeast Asian food restaurants in the area. Serving sizes were appropriate for the price.

Incredible affordable Thai food with a really attentive and helpful staff. I was a little apprehensive ordering the Pumpkin Curry, but it was literally fantastic.

Thanks for bringing Kob Jai to the Daytona Beach area! We have been for lunch and dinner several times. The Green Curry Chicken and the Pad Thai is our favorite. You can tell by the quality of food and friendly service that you take pride in your business. Looking forward to returning to Kob Jai very soon.
